Student Athlete Ambassador Program

If you are, or know of any high school students looking for helping out the community through their school, or high school sports team, feel free to sign up for our Student Athlete Ambassador Program, and become further connected with your school and community to support the Teams for Kids Foundation.

2017 Teams for Kids'  highlights;

​​· Continued to support the children temporarily residing at homeless shelters in NJ with grant awards of $2500

· Awarded a grant of $4500 to the Great Oaks Legacy Charter School in Newark to enable the school, whose students are primarily from working poor families, to rent gymnasium space so it could support boys and girls basketball teams, and Cover the cost of track and field registration for the students of the Great Oaks Legacy Charter school to enable participation in track meets

· Matched a $1500 grant award from the Chester Lions Club to provide $3000 in scholarship money to boys and girls in Newark to participate in the Ironbound Soccer program, a travel soccer program sponsored by the Salvation Army

· enlisting the support of high school students statewide through our Student Athlete Ambassador Program

Teams For Kids Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to provide the necessary funding to allow children from homeless and low-income families within the State of New Jersey to participate in recreational sports programs.
